All the fundamentals.
In one course.
Now more than ever, people need to communicate in front of a camera.
However many professionnals are still unaware of some fundamentals on how to speak clearly.
This gap goes beyond pure technicalities and a lack of verbal skills- it also includes the ability to simplify complex messages, guide the audience well and make the message truly memorable.
« Speak in Front of a Camera » tackles all of these challenges in a dynamic, interactive and intense online course.
By the end of this course, participants will not only know how to look professional on camera but improve their diction and camera presence as well.
They will also develop the ability to communicate on any topic with impact and clarity. And then apply these skills to other areas of communication.

— How it works
Moving from in-person to online course can be challenging. Is the will to follow a class the same when sitting alone in front of a computer? Fair point indeed.
This is why this course has been designed in such a way that the students get more than just information on screen. Animations, videos, quizzes, exercises- this « edutaining » approach actually offers even more possibilities of self improvement than the live course on Presentation Skills it was inspired from.
The course is divided into 3 blocks: « Technicalities », « Before Speaking » and « When Speaking ».
Each block is divided into modules, for a total of 6 modules.
Each module includes a practical exercise, quizz or task to complete.
The exercises are customized: participants get to choose to work on topics appropriate to their areas of work, based on real case studies from previous trainings and courses.
After each module, the participants validate it to move on to the next one. The course administrator can see exactly which module were validated, and even how long each trainee spent on the course.
— Why it works
An Infallible formula
The method used in this course is identical to the one already used in the « Presentation Skills » Training, already experienced by more than 5000 professionals, on-site and online, in about 40 countries and hundreds of work environments.
This training has been one of the most requested from the European Institutions for the past few years for a simple reason: it works.
People get out of it with concrete tools in hands that they can apply right away.
However, this course is not a copy paste of Yacine’s live course.
The fact of not being just a Trainer, but also a Copywriter and a Film Maker pushed him to conceive it also as an entertaining, enjoyable experience adapted to the online course medium.
Ultimately, the goal is always the same: get people to improve not only because they have to- but because they want to.
— IS THIS COURSE FOR YOU?
Who can benefit from
Absolutely any professional.
10 years of experience in hundreds of companies and organizations showed Yacine Kouhen one thing: most people don’t master the basics. And this includes top level managers.
Speaking in front of a camera is a formidable way of practicing and improving one’s communication skills in general, beyond the camera medium itself. Just think of it like having a private gym at home.
This course will more specifically be useful for:
- Zoom meetings
- Online Presentations
- Youtube tutorials
- Camera interviews
- Public Speaking
The course is built around the goal of giving a presentation on camera. Why?
Because this enables the trainees to tackle every angle of how to speak in front of a camera.
We start with practical tips: how to have proper lighting, which camera angle to choose to get the best presence, what to wear or not, how to have a good sound.
We then move on to Communication Fundamentals.
These are applicable not only to oral, but also to visual and written communication. Mastering these fundamentals is essential to then perform well in front of the camera.
We focus on 3 pillars: Simplifying, Structuring, Storytelling.
Each of these are illustrated by case studies, video examples and followed by practical exercises that build up to delivering a « 1 minute Pitch ».
Finally, we practice the performance in front of the camera.
For this we focus on three essential points: where to look, how to speak better and how to interact with the audience.
Trainees practice exercises of diction and learn how to generate great impact thanks to the power of their voice, as well as easy tips and tricks to turn their performance into an interactive experience.
Finally, they have to deliver a full professional presentation on their own topic.
